Licensed Massage Therapy, focused on results.

Every appointment begins with a conversation. We choose the approach together, then adjust as the session unfolds.

Bone-colored linens arranged on a massage table in warm lamplight01

Unhurried work for a quieter nervous system.

Relaxation Massage

Long, flowing strokes and steady pressure make space for the body to soften. A relaxation session is designed for rest: easing everyday tension, settling the nervous system, and helping you step away from the pace of the day.

Pressure and pacing are always adjusted to you. The goal is not to push through discomfort, but to create the conditions for genuine release.

Amber massage-oil bottles, folded towels, and a wooden massage tool02

Focused attention for pain, tension, and recovery.

Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic massage begins with a conversation about what hurts, what feels restricted, and what you want to change. The session then combines focused techniques with a practical understanding of anatomy.

The work can address persistent tension, overuse, and recovery needs without turning the session into something clinical or impersonal. Every appointment is adapted to the body on the table that day.

Soft linen, river stones, eucalyptus, and a ceramic bowl03

Gentle, rhythmic care that supports fluid movement.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Manual lymphatic drainage uses light, rhythmic movements to encourage the natural movement of lymph fluid. The approach is intentionally gentle and can be especially useful when swelling or post-procedure recovery makes deeper pressure inappropriate.

Both therapists have training in manual lymphatic drainage. We will talk through your needs before beginning and adapt the session to your comfort.

Cream positioning bolsters, folded linens, and a smooth wooden massage tool in warm light04

Gentle positional work for tension and restricted movement.

SMRT

Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique, or SMRT, is a gentle form of positional bodywork. The therapist supports the body in a comfortable position, adds light compression, and holds briefly to invite the surrounding tissue to soften.

An SMRT appointment keeps this work at the center of the session. Positioning, pressure, and pacing are adjusted throughout to keep the experience comfortable and responsive to your body.

Wide glass-front far infrared sauna in warm low light05

Dry, radiant warmth in a private hemlock cabin.

Far Infrared Sauna

The far infrared sauna uses carbon heating panels to create an even, dry warmth inside a spacious Canadian hemlock cabin. It is different from a traditional steam or stone sauna and does not rely on extreme air temperatures.

Request the sauna on its own for a brief stretch of quiet warmth, or pair it with massage before or after your session. Choose the duration that feels comfortable for you.
